If you're ready to animate fantastical creatures and incredible fight sequences in major AAA games for EA, Bioware and Disney Interactive then this is your opportunity. You'll team up with the super talented (and pretty fun) crew from Cape Town as you build leading edge projects that can only leave you inspired.

About Galway, Ireland

Galway, Ireland's cultural heart & Europe's Capital of Culture for 2020, is well known for its vibrant cultural activities and relaxed way-of-life. It has a lower cost of living than Dublin and has great access to a fun range of outdoor activities--a great fit for Triggerfish in Europe.

Salary: Based on experience

Position: Full-time, initially a 2-year contract.

What would we like you to bring to the team

  • Design game animations, as briefed and directed by the Animation Director/Lead for various clients around the world.
  • Work closely with the workflows and pipelines that Triggerfish has put in place for efficient animation production.
  • Proactively problem solve issues within a highly-collaborative team environment.
  • Be proficient with animating in Maya.
  • What would be an added bonus (but not essential)

  • Animation experience specifically for games.
  • Experience in working with mocap and pcap data.
  • Experience in Unity.
