Our founders are a husband and wife team. Our virtual agency team is large, but at our core we're a small business—and we intend to remain that way.
Scott has always been too curious to just work on one part of the marketing puzzle. In his twelve years of agency life he's been a creative director, strategic planner and account service director (with stints in-between as a small business lobbyist and writing instructor.) Working with some of the biggest global agencies—and some of the smallest local ones—he's met many creative, intelligent and committed marketing professionals who now make up our independent contracting teams. Scott founded Triggerfish Marketing to bring these people together under a new agency model—one where clients can draw on their collected talent without sacrificing accountability or consistency.
In 1996, many people still hadn't heard of the internet, yet Amber was already designing some of the first creative websites in this brave and chaotic new medium. Her talents were in high demand by some of the biggest dot-com names during the internet boom—many of which are actually still around. After the bubble burst, she honed her photography and design skills for the artistic community. Now she uses her integrated design palette to create results-driven interactive communications for our clients, and still finds time to write a novel or two on the side.
With over 25 years of direct marketing experience across almost every major industry category, Pat is a natural client services lead for our strategic accounts. (Hint: they're all strategic accounts at Triggerfish.) His extensive experience in strategic planning, account management, print production, database management and lettershop & fulfillment services translate into ready expertise and insight solving our clients' marketing challenges. Still, it's his winning smile and off-color humor that our clients most love about him.
